Donation Received

Piedmont Schools was presented with a check in the amount of $243.64. The check is a donation from Williams Foods for grocery receipts collected by the Piedmont Senior Citizens group .  When receipts are turned in, Williams will donate 1% of grocery purchases made at Williams Foods back to Piedmont Schools.  The senior citizens group collects receipts to attain this donation and help our schools.  A . . .

Fall Sports

The PHS Softball team finished the year 19-17 and were within a victory of advancing to the 5A State Tournament.  The Lady Wildcats were eliminated in Regional play by eventual State Champion, Pryor.  Postseason honors for the Lady Wildcats include having 8 players named to the 5A-4 All District Team.  Morgan Davis, Ellie Griffin, Chloe Bohuslavicky, Kenedi Morelock, Sagely McAdoo, Abby DeTar, Ashtyn McAdoo, and Hannah . . .

National Blue Ribbon

U.S. Secretary of Education, John B.
