Piedmont High School
The mission of Piedmont High School is to empower all students to succeed in an ever changing world. With a strong curriculum and almost half of our student body active in some type of extra-curricular activity, our students leave high school prepared for the world ahead of them.
We have approximately 930 students in our building beginning the 2015-16 school year, and we will be approaching 1000 students over the next 2 years. With this growth, our staff and students have exciting opportunities to be exposed to many different ideas and perspectives.
Piedmont High School is entering its second year of a 1:1 technology initiative to provide every student with a Google Chromebook. The Chromebooks allow our students the opportunity to create, collaborate, and communicate to enhance their academic experiences in high school and to prepare for them for college and careers. Our teachers and staff are leading the way in providing innovative learning techniques to engage students in the classroom.
As we prepare our students for the future, we are committed to ensuring that students have a quality high school experience. As students graduate from Piedmont High School, we hope that their academic experiences have enriched their lives and helped them establish purpose and meaning to guide them on their future journeys.
