2018-19 Enrollment

We are pleased to announce that ALL students with completed enrollment packets submitted during our annual two-day enrollment (April 9th & 10th) have been accepted to the 2018-19 Piedmont Primary Pre-Kindergarten Program.  Students with incomplete packets are encouraged to bring remaining documents to the Piedmont Public Schools Administration Building during regular business hours to complete the enrollment process to be placed on the waiting list.  For additional information, call 373-2311. 


Piedmont Public Schools offers a free, full-day pre-kindergarten program on a space-available basis, at Piedmont Primary School, for all Piedmont pre-kindergarten students.

Pre-Registration will be held at Piedmont Primary School

615 Edmond Rd 

Monday, April 9th, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm


Tuesday, April 10th, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Parents may download the enrollment packet from the district website or pick one up from Piedmont Public Schools Administration Building, 713 Piedmont Road N, between 7:30 am- 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday, prior to Registration Day.  Incomplete packets will not be processed for enrollment.



  • Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2018. 
  • Parents or legal guardians must be a resident of Piedmont Public School District.


Registration Process:

Please note the completed enrollment packet must be turned in to Piedmont Primary School on April 9th or April 10th, between 9:00-5:00. The registration process is not first-come, first-served, so parents do not need to stand in line the first day of the sign-up period.

If the number of students enrolling during this period exceeds our space available, a random drawing will be held to fill the classes and a waiting list will be created. If a drawing is held, an alphabetical list of the students’ names will be posted on the district’s website beginning Monday, April 16, 2018.

Requirements: (must be provided at the time of enrollment)

  • Birth Certificate
  • Driver’s License of Parent/Guardian with current address
  • Current Immunization Record


Proof of Residence 

  • Two Current Utility Bills (Examples: gas, water or electric bill)
  • Mortgage Statement or Rental/Lease Agreement


Parents who cannot provide the necessary information to verify their address because they are residing with a friend or relative on a temporary or permanent basis will be required to complete a Residency Affidavit. Residency Affidavits are available through the Piedmont Public Schools Administration Office, 713 Piedmont Road N.  Appointment Required.  A completed and approved Residency Affidavit must be provided at the time of enrollment.  


School Hours:



Piedmont School District will not provide transportation.
