Surplus

Below is a list of surplus items available for bid from Piedmont Schools. Beginning March 23, 2020, interested parties can contact Piedmont Public Schools Administration at 405-373-2311 and ask for Shawn Blankenship, Assistant Superintendent, to set an appointment to see the item(s).

Bidding Process:
  • Sealed bids must be dropped off at our administration building, located at 713 Piedmont Road N. All sealed bids will be time stamped. 
  • Bids must be received no later than 4 p.m. (CST) on Friday, April 3, 2020.
  • Bids must include:
  1. Bidders name, phone number, and email address.
  2. The name of the bid item
  3. Amount of bid in US dollars

Please note, bids received after the deadline or with incomplete information will be rejected. 

**Bids for the same item and amount will be awarded to the bid first received (based on the time stamp). 

Bidders will be notified of results by email on April 10, 2020.

Successful bidders must remit payment by cash, cashier check, or credit card to Piedmont Public Schools, at 713 Piedmont Road N., Piedmont, OK 73078. Bid item(s) must be picked up at the time of payment, within five days of notification.

Piedmont Schools reserves the right to reject any and all unreasonable bids per BOE Policy CI.
