If you are not receiving communication from the district or your student's school site, please complete the form below.

Agencies or organizations requesting to distribute flyers and other publications to Piedmont students or staff must have permission for distribution from the Communications department. A request form must be completed for each flyer the agency or organization wishes to distribute. Flyers will be distributed digitally. We do not distribute paper flyers from external agencies or organizations to PPS school sites.

How to submit a request for distribution of materials:

1. Complete the Request for Material Distribution Form.
2. Submit the digital flyer or publication to be distributed to communications@piedmontschools.org. This must be the final version.
3. Submissions will be reviewed on a weekly basis. You will be notified of approval or denial of your request via email.

Materials Distribution Request Form

All Piedmont Public Schools employees are required to wear a district-provided staff badge while working at our school sites or at Piedmont Schools Athletics events or activities. 

If you did not receive a staff badge or need a replacement, contact your school site front office, or Riley Thomas, Communications Coordinator at Piedmont Schools.
