Welcome to Piedmont Special Services.

 

Our department provides guidance and support to schools, teachers, and families to ensure that students with disabilities are provided specially designed instruction or related services, at no cost to the parent to meet the unique needs of the student.We support the right of every child and his or her family, regardless of ability, to participate as full members of families, communities, and society. We believe inclusive experiences for children with and without disabilities include a sense of belonging, positive social relationships and development and learning to reach their full potential.
