ATTENTION: Enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year begins March 1, 2021 at 8 a.m.

Any submission of forms or documents before this time will not be accepted.

A copy of your driver's license with your CURRENT address** is required for enrollment. 

 

**We understand updating your ID to the Oklahoma Real ID is a lengthy process. To fulfill this requirement for a current address on your ID, you can:

  1. Renew your Driver License online here.
  2. Provide a copy of your license as it is now with your appointment confirmation stating you are in the process of getting an updated ID.

Welcome to Piedmont Public Schools, home of the Wildcats! Enrollment of new students, Kindergarten thru 12th grade may be completed virtually by following the links at the bottom of the page. 

***All Pre-K spots for the 2020-2021 school year are filled.  Any completed registration packets received will be placed on a waiting list in the order they are received.

Eligibility:

  • Pre-K students must be four years old on or before September 1st of the school year.
  • Kindergarten students must be five years old on or before September 1st of the school year.
  • Students must reside within the Piedmont Schools attendance boundaries. Piedmont Schools does not accept transfer students.

Indian Education Form

Internet Access Conduct Agreement

FINALLY, scan each of the required documents below to enrollment@piedmontschools.org):

  • State-Issued Birth Certificate
  • Driver's License of Parent/Guardian with Current Address
  • Current Immunization Record
  • Proof of Residence
    • Two Current Utility Bills (Examples: gas, electric, water)

    AND

    • Mortgage Statement or Rental/Lease Agreement

Parents unable to provide proof of residence because they are currently residing with a friend or relative on a temporary or permanent basis will be required to complete a Residency Affidavit. Residency Affidavits are available via email request at enrollment@piedmontschools.org. An appointment may be required and both the parent/guardian and homeowner/lessee must be in attendance.
