As the leader of our great school district, I firmly believe in servant leadership. Servant leaders prioritize serving their organization and community. In our servant-led organization, individual objectives take a backseat. Our leadership team is dedicated to fostering a positive culture in Piedmont Schools which will help us retain the best teachers who will provide our students with an exceptional education. Our goal is to establish trusting relationships between Wildcat parents/guardians and all school staff. We are committed to ensuring all students discover their greatest potential to become productive members of our community and society.
