Compensation Schedules

Piedmont Public Schools requires all employed staff to complete a background check per the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE). 

All applicants must pre-register on the IdentoGO website prior to being printed., regardless if the printing is done at a satellite site or the OSDE.

The fee for the certification and employment background checks is $58.25. This fee is the responsibility of the applicant. Please make checks payable to Idemia.

Piedmont Public Schools offers health, dental, vision, and life insurance through the state Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Employee Group Insurance Division (EGID).

Other insurances such as accident and disability, along with health savings accounts, are made available through American Fidelity.

Our website, district social media platforms, site and district email system (Constant Contact), and outside flyers and advertisement requests are managed through our Communications Department.

All Piedmont Public Schools employees are required to wear a district-provided staff badge while working at our school sites or at Piedmont Schools Athletics events or activities. 

If you did not receive a staff badge or need a replacement, contact your school site front office, or Riley Thomas, Communications Coordinator at Piedmont Schools. 

Piedmont Public Schools has partnered with Community Care of Oklahoma to provide all employees and their dependents access to an Employee Assistance Program. A simple phone call will put you in touch with professionals to help you identify problems that may be negatively impacting your personal, family, or professional life. The program is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Questions regarding Employee Leave including sick leave and accumulation, personal business leave, emergency leave, professional leave, association leave, extended leave and leave without pay, or family/medical leave (including maternity leave), can be found in the Negotiated Agreement. Specific questions should be directed to Patricia Balenseifen, Chief Officer of Human Resources at Piedmont Schools.

• Teachers can register absences at any time.
• Substitutes can search for and accept jobs through the phone or internet, plus receive automatic notification of open positions. 
• Administrators stay informed through extensive reporting.

Do you have a maintenance issue in your classroom?

Piedmont Public Schools' student information system (SIS) is called PowerSchool .

PowerSchool is used to schedule classes, take attendance, store grades, produce transcripts, report cards, and more.  PowerSchool "brings together teachers, students, parents and administrators" in an easy to use web-based data system.

Transportation questions should be directed to Joshua Critchfield, Director of Transportation at Piedmont Schools.

Requests for use of a school vehicle must be submitted through SchoolDude. To request a school vehicle for a school-related event or function, see "School Dude Work Order System."

1. The hours apply to a graduate degree program in the field of education. 
2. Reimbursement will only be made when the hours have been successfully completed. 
3. Successful completion must be documented by a copy of the transcript at the end of the semester. 
4. Documentation must be provided reflecting the employee’s personal payment to the university. 

Wildcat Clubhouse provides before and/or after school care at our Early Childhood Center and Elementary School students at our early childhood center and elementary school sites on all school days. Clubhouse opens at 7:15 a.m. and closes at 5:45 p.m.

Wildcat Clubhouse is FREE for students of Piedmont Public Schools staff. Students must be registered in order to attend.
