Yes, families in our district can take advantage of our Wildcat Clubhouse Before and After School Care program by contacting Elizabeth Quiñones, Wildcat Clubhouse Coordinator.

No, you do not need to complete the enrollment process again. Each school site will provide your student documents for enrollment for the next school year. Information will be sent home with details each spring.

  • For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:
    • 1. Current, up-to-date immunization records; OR
    • 2. A completed and signed exemption form.
• Proof of Residence (TWO current utility bills AND Mortgage Statement or Rental/Lease Agreement)

• Pre-K & Kindergarten – Piedmont Early Childhood Center, Northwood, or Piedmont Elementary (based on availability and boundaries)
• • Most Pre-K and Kindergarten students in Piedmont attend Piedmont Early Childhood Center (ECC). Recently, Piedmont Schools opened Pre-K and Kindergarten classes at Northwood Elementary and Piedmont Elementary. Expanding to our neighborhood schools allows younger students to stay in one familiar place for longer, and helps us ensure that every child in the district has access to early learning. To determine where your child will attend Pre-K or Kindergarten, please contact our Enrollment Team at enrollment@piedmontschools.org.
• 1st–4th Grade – Elementary school assigned by home address (see District Boundaries map or contact enrollment for help)
• 5th–6th Grade – Piedmont Intermediate
• 7th–8th Grade – Middle School of Piedmont
• 9th–12th Grade – Piedmont High School

No. Your student is not required to attend Pre-K in the state of Oklahoma, but it is HIGHLY encouraged. 

Students must be four years old on or before September 1st of the school year in which they are being enrolled.

The Pre-K enrollment opening date will be determined and posted on our website. A parent/guardian must complete the enrollment forms and submit the required forms required by the district for enrollment. Pre-K is first come, first served.

Partial completion of forms and required documents WILL NOT secure your student's enrollment. Early submission of documents will not be accepted.

Kindergarten students must be five years old on or before September 1st of the school year.

Kindergarten is a full-day program at Piedmont Schools.

Parents unable to provide proof of residence because they are currently residing with a friend or relative on a temporary or permanent basis are required to complete a Residency Affidavit.

Residency Affidavits are available via email request at enrollment@piedmontschools.org.

Both the parent/guardian and homeowner/lessee must be in attendance.
